1. Custom and Personalized Items

Since we tailor each product individually to your needs, our policy on returns is different from other retail stores. The following terms shall apply to returns and cancellations:1. Tailored and Personalized Goods Not Eligible for Withdrawal: According to consumer protection laws in the European Union, the usual right of withdrawal during the first two weeks does not apply to goods made to order and to tailored and personalized products. No withdrawals can be made once the process of manufacture has started.Double-Check Information: Please ensure you provide us with the correct information.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your bespoke item arrives damaged, broken, or faulty, you are completely covered by the European Union’s guarantee law:Replacement First: In the case that your item has been damaged during shipping or has manufacturing defects, our policy is to manufacture a completely new one and ship it to you right away at no additional charge.How to File a Claim: You need to inform us within [insert number, e.g., 14] days after receiving the product. 3. Standard (Non-Custom) Items

If you buy any standard products, not customized ones, in our store, you have the right to return the product within 14 days and get your money back. You will be required to cover the cost of returning the product unless there is something wrong with it.
