Shipping policy

1. Processing & Production Time

Since all our products are individually handcrafted and customized, they are not pre-produced. Kindly expect 1 to 5 working days and rarely 5 to 14 working days for your order to be crafted and sent to you. Note that during holidays, it might take more time.

2. Shipping Cost & Delivery Estimates

We deliver to worldwide. Shipping fees will be shown when checking out. Kindly note that shipping estimates are approximate. They might take longer depending on the carrier company delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly from the carrier website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

The customer will be liable for all customs duties or tariffs for orders delivered outside the EU. We do not have control over possible delays due to customs clearance processes.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

When placing your order, please verify your shipping address details. In case the package is returned back to us due to an error in address or failure in picking up the package from the post office, the shipping expenses for sending it again will be charged to the buyer.

6. Damaged/ Lost Packages

In case you experience any issues related to the package being lost or arriving in a damaged condition, please notify us as soon as possible at info@froststamp.com, providing your order number.
